Highly stressable components are produced - mainly for aircraft construction and racing. CFRP has very good machining properties (milling, drilling, sawing, grinding). CFRP can be used for high-temperature applications. Well suited for model making as CFRP has high strength with a low weight. Material is non-bending, extremely light, highly stable, non-corrosive, has desirable and characteristic carbon appearance due to fabric structure.
