Please note that shipping costs may vary in individual cases.

This is especially true for freight forwarding deliveries. Should such a case occur with your order, we will, of course, inform you immediately.

Delivery by freight forwarder is generally made without additional aids for unloading the goods, such as forklifts.

Necessary aids must be separately requested and commissioned by the client; additional costs incurred thereby shall be borne by the client.

At the time of delivery, an authorized recipient must be present at the specified delivery address to accept the goods.

Prepayment

With the prepayment option, you have the possibility to transfer the amount in advance. After receipt of payment, your goods will be shipped, so you receive your products conveniently and at a favorable price.
